Idea # 7: Your First Day at the new Job
Do you still remember how you have been welcomed on your First Working Day? Was it wow??? What about sending the new employee a group picture with all team members' signatures and best wishes for a good start 2 days prior to the first working day? And once the important day arrives, all employees are already expecting the new team member with a warm welcome toast at his/her desk?
